At Subh Laxmi Sweets, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our products. Since our sweets are perishable items, we follow a strict return policy. Please carefully review our policy before making a purchase.

Due to the perishable nature of our sweets, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered. However, if your order contains defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will be happy to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.

A refund or replacement will be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Damaged Items: If the sweets you received were damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the damage. This should be done within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
   
• Incorrect Order: If you receive an order that is not what you originally placed (e.g., the wrong product or quantity), we will replace the items or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
   
• Quality Issues: If there are quality-related issues with the sweets, such as unpleasant taste, stale products, or spoiled goods, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery with clear evidence, and we will address the issue.
   

To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email us at support@subhlaxmisweets.com or call us at 8866459178 within 4 hours of receiving your order.
    
2. Provide Information: Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product.
    
3. Verification: Once we receive your request, we will review the issue and verify your claim.
    
4. Resolution: If your request is validated, we will either:
    
   • Replace the defective or incorrect product at no additional cost.  
   • Refund the full amount for the affected items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2-3 working days.

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:

• Any opened or used products.
• Products that have been consumed or partially consumed.
• Custom or bulk orders, including wedding sweet packages or special requests.

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change your order, we recommend placing a new order and following the steps for a return of the original order if necessary.

• Once your return request is approved, the refund will be credited within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will only be issued for the amount paid for the affected items and will not include any shipping fees.
• Please note that the refund will be issued to the same payment method used during the purchase. If you paid via cash on delivery, we will process a bank transfer or another agreed-upon method.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
• If a product is returned due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item, damage during delivery), we will cover the cost of the return shipping.
